Sue Hutchins

Sue.1
Photography has always been a passion for Sue.  She has studied with Freeman Patterson, Christopher Porter, Eric Boutillier-Brown, Dave Brosha, Gary Friedman and attended classes in portraiture at Maine Media College in Rockport, Maine.
Recently, however, her passion has led her ‘Beyond the Camera’ to digital art.  She is training with Sebastian Michaels who leads an on-line workshop called ‘PhotoShop Artistry’.  Sue starts with her own images, then enhances them through photo manipulation on the computer.  This workshop connects her with 10,000 other digital artists around the world.
Sue has been a member of the Yarmouth Waterfront Gallery for 7 years.  She has had two Solo Shows in Yarmouth and her work hangs in the Board Room of our MLA, Zach Churchill.  Her work has been published in Saltscapes, and can be seen on NS Legislature television.
Sue retired from a teaching career in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Yarmouth with her husband, Dan Earle in 1997
